The Scientific Counsil of the Intitute for Nuclear Research of the Russian Academy of Sciences awarded Markov Prize in 2018 for great contribution to theoretical and experimental investigations in the field of elementary particle physics, nuclear physics and neutrino astrophysics to Dmitry GORBUNOV, corresponding member of the Russian academy of sciences, INR RAS, and Eduard BOOS, professor, department's head in NPI MSU, For contribution to theoretical studies of hypothetical elementary particles and development methods their experimental search

Dmitry GORBUNOV - physisist-theorist, acknowledged specialist in sphere of elementary particles physics and cosmology. He got a number of known results that related to searhing of deviations from standard model of particle physics, suppersymmetries, unusual approaches into cosmology, inflation theory, super-high energy cosmic ray physics.

Eduard BOOS - known specialist in elementary particle physics. Take part actively in discovery of top-quark's alone born in Tevatron collider's experiment D0 and in collider LHC's experiment CMS; and in receiving new bounds for divergence from standard model's predictions.
