Linux Filesystem for remote PocketPC/WinCE devices

Outdated...

Here is a small page describing the filesystem that allows you to see the files on your PocketPC connected to your Linux box. It is in its early days yet, but it is working more or less. At least one can copy the files and list directories :)

This is one of the modules in the Linux Userland Filesystem. The design of the module cefs is based on the RAPI library from SynCE.

Please, do not forget to configure using with the following option:

configure --enable-cefs

Here I've left some instructions on how to connect you PocketPC to the computer using USB or serial cable. They are far from being complete, and I am even quite sure that they are not quite correct :) But I've not seen any good (and working) instructions anywhere else.
